The City of Coppell  Population—39,508
Coppell has that small-town feel that so many people are searching for these days. Without the hustle & bustle of larger cities, Coppell holds the charm and quaintness of a town rich with community organizations including programs designed to keep Coppell beautiful and green. The Coppell Community Garden works to cultivate social cohesiveness, environmental stewardship and recreation.

The City of Irving  Population—201,927
Irving, home of Texas Stadium and the Dallas Cowboys, is a wonderful city full of growth and industry. Irving is home to several major private employers including: Abbott Laboratories Accenture, Aegis Communications, Allstate Insurance Company, Baylor Healthcare, Benemax, Citigroup, Inc., Microsoft Corporation, Nokia Corporation, and the Verizon Corporation

Valley Ranch  Population—30,000
Valley Ranch is located in Irving, Texas. Featuring the practice facilities of the world-famous Dallas Cowboys, this community is rich with family-oriented amenities including five miles of scenic trails for jogging, biking and walking. There are also over 130 businesses and 8 neighborhood centers that allow residents the convenience of shopping & dining without leaving the comfort of a small community.

Commuting
Easy access to I-635, Belt Line, the George Bush Tollway, and Highways 121 and 114. Hemingway Court is just four miles from Las Colinas, 17 miles to downtown Dallas, 25 miles to the Plano/Frisco area, and only 11 miles to DFW International Airport.

Schools
Hemingway Court is located in the excellent Coppell Independent School District (one of the top schools in the nation) and is close to the University of Texas at Dallas (UTD).

Shopping
The Galleria, Vista Ridge Mall and Grapevine Mills Mall are all nearby for easy access to a day of fun, walking and shopping. The city of Grapevine is only minutes away by car, with its classic downtown shopping, wonderful, local-color restaurants and wine tasting. There is also an abundance of grocery stores in the area including Central Market, Kroger, Albertsons and Tom Thumb. Plus, numerous retail shops and cafés all within walking distance when you feel like enjoying a day of Texas sunshine.

Recreation
You’ll be close to the boating, beaches and fun of Lake Grapevine and Lake Lewisville. Both lakes have summer events, and a great recreational community. North Lake and Hemingway Lake are your neighbors. Plus several golf courses, Valley Ranch (where the Dallas Cowboys practice), Texas Stadium, Las Colinas, The Irving Arts Center, and the Haggerty Arts Center at UTD. And, of course, The City of Irving Library.

Travel
Easy access to both DFW International Airport and Love Field Airport.

Health Care
Doctors and health services are nearby at The Baylor Health Center at Irving and The Las Colinas Medical Center.
